I have a couple neck gaiters, and this is my favorite.
Buff makes a high quality version of this type of product. They have a lot of options for types of fabric and fun (and patriotic) prints. This one is perfect for the summer heat. For winter I have a neck gaiter specifically made for cold weather.
I’ve been wearing these for several years, so it’s not a big deal for me to wear them these days. If I’m running somewhere that I can’t avoid getting close to other runners or bikers, I take this with me. I pull it up over my nose whenever I see someone in the distance. The key is getting the sides up over your ears. I do think that wearing this just around your neck keeps you a little warm. This type is thin comfortable material, with four way stretch, and is wicking. I give it top marks for comfort.
