Pumpkin Spice Running

What is the perfect running gear in September? When It’s still warm out, but I’m longing for the leaves to turn? This year I have a particularly strong case of “is it fall yet?” It’s only mid-September and I’ve made pumpkin bread, several pumpkin smoothies, the Halloween quilt is on the bed, and I have eaten the better part of a bag of candy corn. Last year I found this tank top and I was so excited to start wearing it again.

I purchased this top from Gone for a Run. The list price is $34.99, but I used a promotional discount. I purchased my normal size and found it pretty roomy. I appreciate that their size chart shows the dimensions of the shirt, rather than asking you to measure yourself and the trusting that the retailer knows what size garment is best for your size. The fabric is particularly thin. This is something I recommend if the sentiment makes you happy, rather than expecting a high performance garment.

This shirt is offered in several colors. Let’s face it, none of the colors other than black make any sense.

I gave up the pumpkin spice latte when I was told the sauce contains condensed milk. I was disappointed to learn that an almond milk PSL is not dairy free, but now I know why I was having mysterious food allergy symptoms. Cinnamon on a regular latte is tasty and will get you in the autumn frame of mind!
